• What do I need to rent?

  To rent equipment, you only need a valid ID document. A temporary copy will be kept for the duration of the rental and will be deleted once the rental is complete.

• Is it possible to rent the equipment the day before use?

  Yes, it is often convenient to rent the necessary equipment in advance to avoid queues in the morning. If the equipment is rented after 2:30 PM, the rental period will start and be calculated from the following morning.

• Is it possible to book the equipment in advance?

  No, unfortunately we do not offer any booking service. Just visit us directly when you need to rent ;)

• I have my own boots and would like to rent only skis. What do I need to bring?

  Remember to bring at least one boot when renting skis, as it is required to properly adjust the bindings.

• How are skis, boots, and helmets prepared?

  Skis are serviced after every rental to guarantee maximum safety and performance. Boots and helmets are dried and disinfected after each use in two steps: using a quaternary ammonium salt product followed by drying and ozone sanitization.

• Is a helmet mandatory?

  Yes, helmets are mandatory for all winter sports (alpine skiing, snowboarding, telemark, freestyle, and sledding), regardless of age.

• Is ski and boot storage available?

  Due to space constraints, we do not offer ski storage services, but almost every hotel and accommodation facility has a ski room for storing your rented equipment.

• Do you provide equipment for Nordic / cross-country skiing?

  No, our rental shop does not provide equipment for Nordic (cross-country) skiing. We exclusively offer equipment for alpine skiing and snowboarding.
